CPDev operates primarily as a principal agent for property developers as well as a development manager executing turnkey solutions on behalf of third parties and does assume risk through the development process for its own account if required.

LATEST PROJECTS

ALPLA MEP

R 110 million | 2022 | Lanseria, Johannesburg

The mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, coordination and installation to ALPLA’s consolidated and facility in Gauteng. ALPLA produces extruded and blow moulded containers for consumable products. Delivery of the installation was mission critical as facilities around South Africa were closed as they were consolidated into the new building.

David Lopatie Centre

R 25 million | 2022 | Sandringham, Gauteng

A Grade AAA commercial building to accommodate the social workers employed by the Chevra Kadisha. The project included the office accommodation, various meeting rooms, storage and distribution facilities.

KTM

A sales and workshop facility for KTM and their associated brands.

ONE Capital Head Office Tenant Installation

R 150 million | 2021 | Tshwane Automotive Economic Zone

New factory including all plant, equipment and services - 16, 000m2. The factory will produce parts for Ford and VW utility vehicles. Corporate Tenant Installation to offices - 4, 000m2. A Grade Installation.
